Returns

We want you to be confident in every Relentless purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please follow the return process below and indicate your preferred replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will make it right.
